FOR WOMEN WHO WANT TO LOOK LIKE THEY LIFT
You go to your gym classes, you show up for yourself every week, but your body hasn’t really changed in years.
The Alpha Movement helps you turn that effort into results you can actually see.
tHE ALPHA MOVEMENT METHOD
There’s a difference between doing loads and doing what actually changes your body. Learn how our approach connects your training, food and habits so the work you’re already doing finally has a visible outcome.

about your coach
I’m Angela, founder of The Alpha Movement.
Some people think I’ve been fit my whole life.
Let me tell you, absolutely not. I was four stone overweight from the age of 17.
I was the girl who made every excuse NOT to go on a night out because she hated the thought of getting ‘dressed up.’
And at my lowest? The girl who quietly cried walking up a hill behind her friend because she couldn’t keep up.
In desperation, I tried it all. Slimming World. Weight Watchers. PT. SlimFast. Keto. Dragging myself to the gym 7 days a week.
Nothing worked. I thought I just wasn’t trying hard enough or that my metabolism was ‘broken.’ (I laugh now..)
I thought I’d never look like the strong, confident women I saw walking around in the gym.
Until one day, one of those women showed me a photograph of where she started. And she looked just like me.
That was the moment everything changed.
Because it made me think… if she can do it, why can’t I?
The only difference was that she had the right plan and someone to guide her through it.
So, I hired my first coach and the rest is history.
Fast forward to now?
I’m a competitive bodybuilder. I don’t hide on away. I don’t feel stuck. I’ve rebuilt my body, mindset, and identity from the ground up.
And now I coach women who feel exactly like I used to.
The ones who train, but still don’t look like they lift. The ones who hide in baggy gym tops, avoid mirrors, and wonder why their body never reflects the work they put in.
That’s who I help.
Because I was her.
And if I can change?
So can you.
progress you can see
Meet the women who stopped hoping their body would change and learned how to make it happen.
Open Check-Ins
This is a free service I offer within my business.
Not a sales pitch or an incentive to book a call.
If you’re already putting effort into your food and training but keep thinking “surely this should be making more of a difference by now?” - you can send me an Open Check-In.
Show me what you’re doing and I’ll personally review it and send you a private video with what stands out to me, what I’d look at first, and what I wouldn’t waste your time changing.
I do these because the more real problems women show me, the better I understand what people actually need help with - and the better content and free resources I can make from it.
ALPHA 8: PARTY SEASON
ALPHA 8: PARTY SEASON
Alpha 8 is my 8-week group coaching programme, with each round built around a different season or goal - and next up we’re heading straight into Party Season 👀
Basically… I want to take a group of women through 8 weeks where we actually get our shit together before all the Christmas parties, dinners and dresses come out 😂
If you want to look and feel noticeably better in 8 weeks, feel more confident in your party dress… this is for you!
But I also don’t want you doing really well for 8 weeks and then December arrives and you’re like “well f**k it, see you in January” 😂
So I’m going to teach you how to handle enjoying December for free too.
You’ll have your training, nutrition and accountability, but there’ll also be webinars and resources along the way around the stuff that actually tends to trip people up - weekends, eating out, drinks, busy weeks, getting back to normal after a bigger day and then we’ll look at navigating Christmas without feeling like you need to either be perfect or completely sack it off.
There’ll be a whole group doing it together, little challenges along the way, and one overall Alpha 8 winner 👀
I’m keeping the prize secret until we kick off because I love an element of surprise! (I feel like Santa HAHA!)
Challenge kicks off: 5th October
8 weeks.
£100.
If you fancy doing this one with us, stick your name on the priority list and I’ll send you all the information first before I open it up to everyone!
Frequently Asked Questions
A few straight answers before you decide if this is the right fit.

A PT usually sees you for the hour you’re with them. Online coaching looks at the full week.
Your training matters, but so does what you do between sessions: food, steps, habits, weekends, stress, routine, check-ins, communication, and whether you actually understand why you’re doing what you’re doing.
This isn’t a plan sitting in someone’s iPad that you never see properly. You get structure, education, feedback and accountability across the week, so you’re not left guessing the second you walk out of the gym.
-
You don’t need to be advanced, but you do need to be ready to learn and follow structure.
This is for women who want to stop guessing with training, food and habits, and start understanding what actually changes their body. I’ll meet you where you are, but you need to be willing to show up, communicate honestly and care about your progress.
-
That depends on your starting point, your goal, and how well you follow the plan. You’ll usually feel more in control quickly, but visible body change takes consistency over a matter of weeks. My clients commit to a minimum of 12 weeks which gives us enough time to understand your body, build structure, make adjustments around your life, and see results.
-
Yes. If you want a specific result, we need to know what’s going in.
That doesn’t mean tracking is forever, but you do need to understand your food. A huge misconception I see with women is that they think eating healthy = being in a deficit. This is not true.
I’ll educate you through it, make it easier, and show you how to use tracking as a tool, not a punishment.
But yes, if you work with me, you are required to track. That’s how we get clear data, make proper decisions, and stop guessing.
-
Ideally, yes.
If your goal is to look stronger, fitter and more athletic, we need access to equipment that lets us progress your training properly. Gym classes can be part of your routine, but if they’re not changing your body, we’ll look at what needs added or adjusted so your training actually supports the result you want.
-
No, but you will need to stop pretending they don’t matter.
You can still have meals out, holidays, drinks and a normal life, but we’ll plan around them properly instead of letting every social event turn into a “start again Monday” situation. The goal is structure, not living like a monk!
-
That’s exactly why structure matters.
I have women on the team who travel internationally on a weekly basis for work. This is where I do my job best.
If your week is busy, your plan needs to be clear enough that you’re not making decisions from scratch every day. We’ll build your training, food and habits around your actual life, not some perfect imaginary week where nothing goes wrong and everyone leaves you alone.

I offer free consultations, so the first step is simple: click the link below, leave your details, and I’ll have a look at where you’re at.
There’s no harm in having a chat. Even if coaching isn’t the right fit straight away, you’ll usually walk away with a much clearer idea of what’s been holding you back and where to go from here.
